  • Ports & Shipping: green corridors, shore power, waste reception, and just-in-time arrivals.
  • Fisheries & Blue Food: value-added exports, harbour hygiene, digital catch documentation, and women-led seaweed clusters.
  • Offshore Energy: offshore wind and power-to-X (green hydrogen, ammonia, methanol) with safety and local supply chains.
  • Marine Biotechnology: from bioactives to antifouling materials, with fair benefit-sharing.
  • Tourism & Heritage: low-impact, high-value models linking Lothal–Dwarka–Konark–Mahabalipuram.
  • Climate & Coastal Resilience: mangroves, seagrass, and reefs as “living breakwaters,” paired with robust engineering.
  • Digital Ocean & Data: open APIs, nowcasts, HAB alerts, and a practical path to an Indian Digital Twin of the ocean.
  • Blue Finance: blue bonds, sustainability-linked loans, and measurable KPIs that make capital flow to real outcomes.
