All the products featured at https://twagaa.com are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not mass produce, re-produce, share, sell or distribute the finished products. All products are for non-commercial use. For commercial use, please contact TWAGAA International Pvt. Ltd. for wholesale enquiries.
You are not authorized to sell this product/template in digital or physical form, use any images or parts of this product/template to create commercial products, distribute the original images/products or give to someone else to produce, or suggest in any way that you created these images/products yourself. If you use the images/products for editorial purposes you will need to contact and take permission from TWAGAA.
All work are creations by the authors, artist and creators engaged with TWAGAA, and are the copyright and perpetual intellectual property is with the creator. Copyright privileges are not transferable.
Orders are processed after payment is received by us in full.
Shipping: A shipping charge may be applicable for all orders. All orders are shipped within 1-3 weeks depending on the product, by reputed courier companies who provide express shipping. On shipment, a confirmation email is sent to you, along with tracking details and the expected date of delivery.
Domestic deliveries, within India, are usually made within 2-10 working days from shipment. International deliveries, outside India, are made within 21 to 30 days, subject to the country mentioned in the delivery address, from shipment.
If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order by registered speed post, domestic delivery may take 7-15 working days, and international shipping may take 35-50 days subject to the country mentioned in the delivery address, post shipping.

Refunds, Cancellation and Return Policy: If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the order. We will check at our end, and once confirmed by us, we can cancel your order and initiate refund.
The payment refund will be initiated through the same mode the payment was made. Please note that post our initiation of your refund, it may take upto 7-12 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
Alternatively, if you find an error in the order or a defect in the goods you have received, you can ship the product back to us for a free replacement. To ensure a seamless return for you, we are required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund. In case we do not have the same product in stock, we reserve the right to offer an alternate product. We will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorised exchanges/returns.
The refund and return policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
Liability for errors: We are not liable for errors committed by you during the course of personalising a product. These errors, though not limited to, may be a result of the following: misspelling, bleeds, grammar, punctuation, or image resolution.
Artwork & Photographs: By submitting an artwork or photograph for use in a custom product on https://twagaa.com, you certify that you have the right to use the photographs in your files. You agree not to share any files consisting of the following: material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions.
Disclaimer: The colour, print results, binding, etc. may vary from printer to printer and monitor to monitor, depending on your settings. Laser colour printers may yield different colour output from inkjet printers. This website attempts to display product images, quality, and colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will match the actual product colour, since all monitors offer different qualities of visibility.
You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested by TWAGAA to complete your order.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

In addition, we may also change information on the site, such as product availability. Any errors will be corrected when discovered.
TWAGAA reserves the right to revoke any stated offers or products and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
Cardholder Payment Liability: We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction.
Hold harmless: The customer will defend and hold TWAGAA / https://twagaa.com harmless in any suit or court action brought against TWAGAA International by others for alleged damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), liabilities or losses resulting from circumstances where TWAGAA, acting as the customer’s agent, uses copy, photographs, or illustrations that are believed by others to be degrading, libellous or harmful to their reputations, images, or standing in the community or which in TWAGAA sole judgment is an infringement on a trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright belonging to others, or in a suit or court action brought against TWAGAA for actions of the customer’s employees which may occur.
Entire agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and those terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) between you and each Covered Party relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this Site. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.
Governing law: The laws of India shall govern the performance of these Terms and Conditions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Mumbai, India, for all disputes arising out of, or relating to, the Terms and Conditions and use of this site.
